Ann Arbor Art Center
This is a new visual identity that I created for the Ann Arbor Art Center. In my Visual Identity class we were all tasked with creating a rebrand of the Art Center's logo as well as giving it applications for their current events. I worked with head of marketing at the Art Center to hear his critiques as well as what he thought best represented the brand.
I chose three A’s because of the triple A in their name as well as the dynamic shape of the letter A that would give them a modernized logo. The red watercolor background on the logo allows their love for the fostering of the arts to shine through and give a hint into what they do from just their logo as well as relates back to the brick of their building.
